OFFICIAL RULES

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.

1. ELIGIBILITY: The Brazil Body Project Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry. Employees of The Suarez Movement LLC and its affiliates, as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members of each such employee, are not eligible. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited.

2. SPONSOR: The Suarez Movement LLC, 6200 Hollywood Blvd. #3602, Los Angeles,CA 90028.

3. AGREEMENT TO OFFICIAL RULES: Participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding. Winning a prize is contingent upon being compliant with these Official Rules and fulfilling all other requirements set forth herein.

4. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD: The Sweepstakes begins on December 23, 2025 at 5:00 PM Pacific Time (“PT”) and ends on January 15th, 2026 at 11:59 PM PT(the “Sweepstakes Period”). Entries submitted before or after the Sweepstakes Period will be disqualified.

5. HOW TO ENTER: There are two (2) ways to enter:

(a) Consultation Call Entry: During the Sweepstakes Period, an entrant may enter by (i) visiting www.trainwithluis.com and completing the required application form OR by sending a direct message (DM) with the keyword "BRAZIL" to the Sponsor's official Instagram account @luissuarezls to initiate the booking process, and (ii) subsequently booking and completing a free consultation call with the Sponsor. A "Completed Call" is defined as the entrant attending the call for its scheduled duration and engaging in the topic of discussion in good faith. Limit: One (1) entry per person via this method.
(b) Alternate Method of Entry (AMOE) - Mail-In: To enter without completing a consultation call, an entrant may hand-print their full name, complete mailing address, phone number, email address, and date of birth on a 3”x5” postcard and mail it in a standard-size envelope with proper postage to: “Brazil Body Project Sweepstakes,” P.O. Box 40208, Downey, CA 90239. All mail-in entries must be postmarked by January 10th and received by January 17th, 2026. Each mail-in entry must be mailed separately. Limit: One (1) entry per person via this method.

LIMIT: Regardless of the method of entry, there is a limit of one (1) entry per person for the entire Sweepstakes Period.

6. WINNER SELECTION: On or about January 18, 2026, Sponsor will select one (1) potential winner in a random drawing from all eligible entries received. The drawing will be conducted publicly via an Instagram Live broadcast on the Sponsor’s Instagram account, @luissuarezls. The odds of being selected depend on the number of eligible entries received.

7. WINNER NOTIFICATION: The potential winner will be notified via direct message on Instagram from the Sponsor’s official account @luissuarezls on or about January 18, 2026. The potential winner will be required to respond to the notification within forty-eight (48) hours and may be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability and Publicity Release (the "Affidavit") within five (5) days of notification. If a potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within the required time period, or fails to sign and return the Affidavit within the required time period, the potential winner forfeits the prize. In the event that a potential winner is disqualified for any reason, Sponsor will award the applicable prize to an alternate winner by random drawing from among all remaining eligible entries.

8. PRIZE: One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded. The Grand Prize is a cash equivalent of $2,000 USD, delivered via bank wire transfer or check.

IMPORTANT NOTE ON PRIZE: The prize is being promoted with reference to a trip to Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, for marketing purposes to illustrate the value and aspirational nature of the prize. The winner will receive the cash equivalent only. The winner is solely responsible for all arrangements, costs, and legal requirements of any travel they choose to undertake, including but not limited to booking flights, accommodations, securing a valid passport, any necessary visas, and other travel documents. Sponsor has no liability or responsibility for winner’s travel.

9. TAXES: The winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes and all other fees and expenses associated with prize receipt and/or use. The winner will be issued an IRS Form 1099 for the value of the prize.

10. GENERAL CONDITIONS: In the event that the operation, security, or administration of the Sweepstakes is impaired in any way, the Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, either (a) suspend the Sweepstakes to address the impairment and then resume the Sweepstakes, or (b) award the prize at random from among the eligible entries received up to the time of the impairment. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process.

11. RELEASE AND LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: By participating in the Sweepstakes, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor, Instagram, and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and other companies associated with the Sweepstakes, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents (the “Released Parties”) from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use of the prize, including, but not limited to: (a) unauthorized human intervention in the Sweepstakes; (b) technical errors; (c) printing errors; (d) lost, late, postage-due, misdirected, or undeliverable mail; (e) errors in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of entries; or (f) injury or damage to persons or property.

12. DISPUTES: Except where prohibited, each entrant agrees that any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of, or connected with, the Sweepstakes or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate court located in the State of California.

14. SWEEPSTAKES RESULTS: For the name of the winner, available after January 20, 2026, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to: “Brazil Body Project Giveaway Sweepstakes Winners,” P.O. Box 40208, Downey, CA 9023..
