What results can I expect?
A well-planned fitness regimen requires that all muscle groups be worked 2 to 3 times a week, you can expect to loose 1-2 lbs of body fat per week following this plan.
I know a guy who eats pasta or bread every day. He
is really ripped, and he does not even work out that
hard. How can he get away with eating like this and
not gain weight?

What is your cancellation/refund policy?
There is a 24 hour cancellation policy on all 1-on-1 training sessions. All payments are non-refundable.
The number on the scale insn't moving! I workout 5x a week and eat healthy. Can you help me?
Yes. The number on the scale only measure the amount of mass and gravity over the scale so your body composition can shift from muscle to body fat and vice versa. Hence, a deeper analyses is required. It can be lack of sleep, not enough food (!), among others.
I have 1 or several injuries and medical conditions. Can you work with me?
Defnitely! We will find out what injuries and medical conditions you have and we can work with you in order to get you feeling healthie, stronger and more confident in your body.
I want to workout with my friend. Do you do duet training?
