I'm Luis Suarez, a personal trainer (NASM certified) and Nutritionist (Precision Nutrition certified) based in Los Angeles. My purpose is to help you move better and feel better with the latest equipment in the gym: TRX, VIPR, and kettlebells; make cardio exciting and relieve stress with swimming, Brazilian capoeira, and HIIT training. I am also pre/post natal certified.

      Virtual coaching sessions via Zoom App to get you sweating and relieve stress

Session includes:

  • Full body warm-up: to prime your joints and gain muscle elasticity

  • Mobility warm-up: learn why and how to use a foam roller to give you greater range of motion and take advantage of every exercise

  • 10 minutes of CORE activation

  • Strength training related to your goal

  • High-Intensity Cardio to help you burn calories and build stamina

  • Cool-down: includes stretching of the hip, shoulder and neck area along with breathing techniques.

          Price: $120 per session

   

Invite 2-3 of your best friends or family member for a group virtual coaching session via Zoom App appropriate to your goals

  • Group sessions includes:
