What do most people want in a personal training session? People want high- quality attention, a safe space, NOT get hurt, and accountability to reach their goals.
This is my solution to offer that, get a great sweat, offer the proper exercise stresss to your body so it adapts and changes, and the best part of all -- we will be outside -- something we don't really do often.
- The class will be capped at 5 people max to maintain the integrity of the personal training session.
- The class will be made of core/ bodyweight movements/ cardio and finish up with a stretching series so you start your day recharged and energized.
- Bring a towel and a bottle of water to hydrate
- The purpose here is to create a community to keep each other accoutnable and see the results you want.
